Master Dashboard:

The Master Dashboard is the first place you will start in your Mavrek platform. In the Master Dashboard, you will have the ability to manage your Active Deals and review notifications from prospective buyers, including buyer requests, buyer NDAs, and buyer Offers. 

Your Mavrek platform is designed to manage both sell-side and buy-side transactions and your Master Dashboard will indicate which side you are on for a particular deal.

Start New Deal:

To get started and add a business to your Mavrek platform, select the 'Start New Deal' button on your Master Dashboard.

After selecting the Start New Deal button, enter the business name and legal business name of the business for sale. Don't worry - if you need to change this at a later time you will be able to do so with ease. Next, enter the website address.

Once complete, select the 'Industry' of the business for sale from the dropdown menu. This dropdown menu pulls from a list of NAICS industry codes, so you select the closest match. NOTE: Do not attempt to manually type the industry. You must select from the dropdown menu.

Finally, select whether the intended sale is an 'Asset Purchase', a 'Stock Purchase', or 'Not Sure'. If you do not have a specific option in mind, select 'Not Sure'. If your business sale includes real estate, select 'Yes'. If not, select 'No'.

Once complete, your Master Dashboard will populate with the newly added business. Select the 'View' button to open the Business Overview and get started by completing your 'Business Profile'.
